5. Account Registration and Security

5.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of our Services, you must create an Account. When registering, you agree to:

  • Maintain and promptly update your Account information
  • Keep your password confidential and secure
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your Account

  • Communicate regarding fixture arrangements
  • Manage fixture calendars and schedules

6.2 Tour Planning

We offer tools to help clubs plan rugby tours, including finding opponents at tour destinations.

6.3 Platform Role

Important: Rugby Fixture Finder acts solely as a platform to facilitate connections between clubs. We do not participate in, organise, or guarantee any fixtures arranged through our Services. All fixture arrangements are made directly between the participating clubs.

7. User Obligations and Acceptable Use

7.1 General Conduct

You agree to use our Services in a responsible, lawful, and respectful manner. You must not:

  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Post false, misleading, or inaccurate information
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
  • Send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' Accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our Services
  • Use our Services for any commercial purpose not expressly permitted
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access our Services without permission

7.2 Fixture Commitments

When using our fixture matching service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your club and teams
  • Respond to fixture requests in a timely manner
  • Honour fixtures you have agreed to arrange
  • Provide reasonable notice if you need to cancel a fixture
  • Communicate professionally with other clubs

7.3 Content Standards

Any Content you upload or post must not:

  • Be defamatory, obscene, or offensive
  • Infringe any intellectual property rights
  • Contain personal data of others without their consent
  • Promote illegal activities
  • Contain discriminatory material

8. Subscriptions and Payments

8.1 Free and Paid Services

We offer both free and paid subscription tiers. Certain features are only available to paying subscribers. Current pricing and feature details are available on our website.

8.2 Payment Terms

For paid Subscriptions:

  • All prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated
  • Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable
  • Payment is due in advance for each subscription period

8.3 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your Account settings or by contacting us.

8.4 Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, if you are a consumer in the UK, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund, provided you have not accessed premium features during this period. 11. Limitation of Liability
